This captivating Open Edition (OE) pin, released in 2012 at Walt Disney World (WDW), depicts Aunt Florence Dread standing beside a pedestal featuring the busts of Wellington and Forsythia Dread. The pin is part of the "Magic Kingdom's Haunted Mansion Interactive Graveyard Queue Mystery Collection," a series created to celebrate the highly anticipated interactive queue added to the Haunted Mansion attraction in Magic Kingdom in 2011. The interactive queue introduced guests to the infamous Dread family, whose various members met untimely ends, forming a playful murder mystery for guests to solve while waiting in line. Aunt Florence, with her distinct teal attire and hair, is shown glaring at the twins, Wellington and Forsythia, whose busts have a marbleized fill. In the grim backstory of the Dread family, Aunt Florence murdered Bertie Dread, who had killed her husband, Uncle Jacob. Ironically, Florence herself was later murdered by the twins, Wellington and Forsythia, who suffocated her in canary seed to inherit her fortune.
