Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are managed by Apple through your App Store account.
  • To cancel or change a plan: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • To restore purchases, use the restore option in the app subscription screen.

Common Troubleshooting

  • Scan not identifying pins: use better lighting, fill frame with the pin, and capture front/back if needed.
  • Can't sign in: verify email/password, then try again after checking network connection.
  • Collection sync issues: sign out and back in, then pull to refresh.
  • Under 13: web account login is disabled. Use Explorer Mode in the iOS app.
  • Ads or tracking questions: review your in-app privacy settings and ATT permissions.
